В статье рассматриваются softskills или гибкие навыки, которые формируются еще в школе. Приведены наиболее востребованные гибкие навыки, обусловливающие успех выпускника средней общеобразовательной школы. Авторами проведен сопоставительный анализ выделенных softskills и УУД обучающегося в условиях реализации ФГОС ООО.

Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью формирования у школьников медиаграмотности, медиакомпетентности и медиакультуры, т.е. «мягких навыков» (soft skills) и навыков создания различного медиаконтента. Автор считает, что для развития сферы креативных индустрий (куда входят кинопроизводство, дизайн, СМИ и др.), необходимы специалисты, которых надо готовить в школьном возрасте. Этому может способствовать система дополнительного образования. Цель статьи заключается в обосновании и разработке программы дополнительного образования школьников, направленной на формирование медиакомпетентности. Методы исследования: психолого-педагогический анализ литературы, опытно-экспериментальная работа; анкетирование, проектирование программы. Результаты. Автором разработана диагностическая карта и критерии выявления медиаграмотности и медиакомпетентности у школьников. На основе проведенных методик и обработки результатов по четырем критериям (уровень сформированности: когнитивных, мировоззренческо-личностных, мотивационно-потребностных и деятельностно-поведенческих качеств) выявлен уровень медиаграмотности коллектива школьников МБОУ ДО «Икар» г.о. Тольятти. Автором разработана программа, позволяющая восполнить образовательные дефициты в этом направлении. Выводы. Медиакомпетентность является необходимым навыком для современного школьника среднего и старшего возраста и способствует развитию творческой активности и коммуникабельности. Медиакомпетентность можно сформировать в рамках прохождения программы дополнительного образования по созданию продуктов медиаискусства.

Материалы статьи затрагивают один из важных этапов в становлении каждого молодого человека – зарождение и формирование профессионального образа «Я». Автор поднимает проблемы организации профориентации в современных условиях и отмечает, что профессиональный выбор старшеклассника не всегда отвечает требованиям осознанности, обоснованности, и соотнесенности с реальными личностными и социальными потребностями. Участие в движении WorldSkills Juniors Russia рассматривается как форма оказания конкретной помощи старшеклассникам в осознании своих потенциальных профессиональных возможностей. В статье рассматривается вопрос развития гибких навыков (soft skills) в работе гимназии-интерната. Авторы отмечают, что Skillfolio – платформа комплексной диагностики и развития (soft skills) гибких навыков – ключевых компетенций в эпоху цифровой экономики: интеллекта, креативности, критического мышления, умение принимать решение в условиях в условиях неопределенности.

The main task of methodological work at the university is to link into a single methodological block the entire system of scientific-methodological and organizational-methodological support of training areas at the Institute, and not just individual disciplines, to significantly improve the quality of bachelor's and master's training on this basis. The educational and methodological work provides for improving the quality of methodological training of the teaching staff, the development of thematic plans, methodological manuals and other methodological materials. The university should carry out systematic work on methodological support not only for individual academic disciplines, but also for educational processes that ensure the preparation of bachelor's and master's degrees.

В настоящей статье описывается необходимость и возможности развития социальных навыков обучающихся средствами дополнительного образования детей.

This research aimed to investigate how supplementary physical education influences the development of major motor skills in preschool children. There was an additional physical education session in the experimental group. Test of Gross Motor Development-2 was used in the study. A significant improvement in the indicators was found in the experimental group. In the control group, the improvement in indicators was but not statistically significant. The study was conducted in kindergarten.

The article considers social skills based on the polymodal approach as a means and result of the interaction of a person with social reality. The diagnostic method SUM-60 (Social skills of a personality – 60) and the results of its testing among young people are presented. The method includes a complex of social and socio-psychological skills focused on adaptive and positive behavior in the social world. The social skills analysis algorithm is proposed; their relationships with communicative and personal characteristics, value orientations, self-esteem and self-efficacy are shown.

The authors of this article reveal the issues of development of coherent speech of children of senior preschool age in the conditions of a preschool educational organization. They present the author's experience of working on the speech creativity of children by means of modern educational technologies, describe specific methods, techniques and tools in this area of children's activity. They share the forms of work on enriching the developing subject-spatial environment for activating children's coherent speech and working with parents. Present the results of their work on this issue.

This article deals with the topical issue of development of communication skills in primary school students, which affects not only the further effectiveness of their education, but also the entire process of their personal growth and socialization as a whole.

The article is devoted to the current problems of learning foreign language by advanced academic staff. The author outlines that academic staff learn a foreign language to upgrade their skills, therefore while teaching advanced adults it is necessary to take into consideration some peculiarities which are connected to their life and educational experience. The main advantage is in immediate application of acquired skills and knowledge. The author comes to the conclusion that, upgrading his or her skills by learning foreign language an academic becomes the unique specialist who implements innovative methods and projects.

The article considers issues of labor migration, primarily in the light of Russian-Chinese relations. The author emphasizes that quite significant experience in the development and implementation of migration policy has been accumulated in China. For modern Russia, the migration issue is also very relevant. The authors come to the conclusion that there is a need to change migration policies so that labor migration contributes to the development of the Russian labor market, and in this connection measures for mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Russia in the field of migration are proposed.

This methodological guidebook is based on the observations and pedagogical experience of the author. This experience is summed up and as a consequence, the theory of possible landscape painting tasks from one view is presented in axiomatic way. The possibilities of 960 and more tasks’ acting from one view during plein air is proved and at the same time not obligated which will be greatly helpful for lecturers of plein air practice for organizing their work more effectively.
