In recent years, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder has become not only a problem in the organization of the educational process, but it is also becoming a public problem, since children of school and preschool age hardly learn and retain information. The volume of information has increased many times. Our ability to work with it, translate into a practical plane, remains at the same level. The intensive development of information technologies in conjunction with the development of scientific progress leads to the need to improve the learning mechanism. Adaptive technologies of intellectual abilities development of a person take into account the natural interests of people of different age groups, allow to optimize intellectual processes, the recoding of information teaches a person to think. The better the brain encodes information, the better it remembers. The main characteristics of adaptive technologies for the development of a person's intellectual abilities through a single path – speed reading – are considered in the context of practical and applied recommendations that allow the learner to master various types of reading.

«Specific features of memory statement with different level of educational motivation in young school age»

This article examines the dependence of the level of short-term memory, memory type and indirect memory on the level of educational motivation in younger schoolchildren. The study showed that there was a relationship between memory and the level of educational motivation. It is proved by diagnostic tests that, the higher the levels of short-term and indirect memory, the higher the level of motivation, and vice versa. It was also revealed that the type of memory does not affect the level of educational motivation.

The paper delivers the comparative analysis of the synthetic process of the relationship marketing development models. It is proved that in spite of difficulties in its structure the system models encourage a better understanding of the structure, functions and interconnections of the relationship marketing in the services sector of higher education institutions. The research insights showed that the modern conception of the institutional relationship marketing imposes the set of commercial, state and noncommercial marketing instruments.
