The purpose of the study is to analyse the impact of digital trade on economic growth and development strategies of the countries along the "Belt and Road". The article identifies the provisions of the Development Strategies of the SCO member states in the field of cross-border electronic interaction, aimed at increasing the share of GDP and improving the levels of competitiveness of national economies of the SCO countries, strengthening the social protection of citizens and reducing poverty. The analysis of the dynamics of the e-commerce market volumes of the SCO member states (cross-border trade + local segment of online sales) was carried out, and a significant increase in the growth of national economies of the SCO countries during the implementation of the "One Belt, One Road" project, achieved on the basis of strengthening cross-border electronic interaction with the People's Republic of China, was proved. The purpose of this study is to develop the description principles for lexicographic terminology in word-formation (WF) synthesis of Russian verbs. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time the terminological system for WF synthesis of verbs is presented as the object of lexicographic description and enhanced with inter-active web-based elements. As a result, it has been proven that this terminological dictionary can serve not only as an informational and methodological instrument, but it also can become an effective teaching tool for studying Russian verb synthesis. The main macro-structure of the designed dictionary features the departure from the traditional alphabetic organization of the material, utilizing instead the principle of zoning by synthesis levels (the root and the word formation levels). Each lexicographic entry is augmented with interactive links to digital Russian explanatory dictionaries and to the Russian National Corpus (RNC) database.

The article is devoted to the legal analysis of the activities of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation with international organizations in the implementation of global anti-corruption policy. The author provides an analysis of specific international organizations in the field of combating corruption activities, as well as the order, legal basis and methods of interaction of the organizations under consideration with the prosecution authorities of the Russian Federation.

Эпидемиологическая ситуация, сложившаяся в России и во всем мире, стала основанием для изучения и переосмысления содержания, форм, методов обучения будущих специалистов социальной работы в условиях предупреждения распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 и сохранения здоровья обучающихся. Дистанционный формат стал той образовательной технологией, которая обеспечивает, с одной стороны, изоляцию обучающихся и их безопасность в условиях пандемии коронавируса COVID-19, а с другой – мобильность при продолжении обучения. В статье раскрываются технические возможности Microsoft Teams, которые использовались в период самоизоляции, например, демонстрация рабочего стола, презентации PowerPoint, документы в формате Word и PDF и многое другое, что помогало и положительно влияло на процесс и результат дистанционного формата обучения будущих специалистов социальной работы.

This review presents an analysis of the literature on studies of the salience neural network, the dynamics of neural network formation during ontogenesis of the brain, and salience dysregulation in neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders. The role of dopaminergic imbalance in the formation of aberrant salience in schizophrenia is considered. Particular attention is paid to the studies of the significance of motivational salience and reward system in the pathogenesis of addictive disorders.

This research aimed to investigate how supplementary physical education influences the development of major motor skills in preschool children. There was an additional physical education session in the experimental group. Test of Gross Motor Development-2 was used in the study. A significant improvement in the indicators was found in the experimental group. In the control group, the improvement in indicators was but not statistically significant. The study was conducted in kindergarten.

In the cases of majority of neurological diseases the symptoms of depression have significant influence on the worsening of the quality of patient’s life, regardless of the severity of the neurological disorders. In the most of neurodegenerative diseases the symptoms of depression often precede the appearance of neurological symptoms. Within recent years, numerous studies have been published demonstrating that disorders of depressive spectrum can be considered as a predictor of some types of dementia. Existing data regarding the methods of therapeutic intervention for depression in the clinical practice are rather scarce, scattered and often based on the «personal experience» of neurologists and psychiatrists. In some patients the diagnostics of depression in the context of neurological disorders can be difficult due to the difficulties in the establishing the contact with the patient as well as cognitive deviations related to neurological disorders. In order to facilitate this task, the effective screening diagnostic methods have been developed for the diagnosis of depression in the context of neurological diseases. The results of clinical studies performed within recent years confirm the important role of the neurologist for the evaluation and the treatment of the symptoms of depression, both at the initial stage and at the stage of remission. The purpose of the current review is to systematize the accumulated data on the disorders of depressive spectrum in the context of neurological practice, as well as to demonstrate the role of neurologist in the process of diagnosis and treatment of the symptoms of depression in neurological diseases.

Автор приводит инструменты, которыми может пользоваться педагог, практикующий дистанционное обучение. Также рассматриваются преимущества дистанционного обучения как для педагогов, так и для обучающихся. Автор рассматривает нормативно-правовую базу дистанционного обучения – приведен ряд приоритетных документов федерального уровня, которые отражают важность дистанционного обучения.

This article focuses on the equality of the estimated late losses resulting from the application of the chain ladder model to the estimates obtained on the basis of the incremental development triangle by cross-parameterizing the rated increments of losses with Poisson distributions using the generalized linear model. In this article, the formulas of the chain ladder model are derived by solving the problem of cross parameterization of rated increments of losses. Smaller accounting groups than the risk, along which the development triangle is formed, make conclusions about the possible bases for the sharing of reserves. This issue may be relevant for the further calculation of actuarial premiums.

This article examines the features of speech in preschool children who speak two languages on the example of Yakut and Russian languages. The study is specifically concerned with the sound-pronouncing and prosodic side of speech. Speech peculiarities at the present stage of development are considered. В данной статье рассматривается вопрос осуществления имитационного моделирования объектов робототехники. Проводится сравнительный анализ существующих программных решений. Описывается процесс компьютерной симуляции полета беспилотного летательного аппарата с помощью программного комплекса Robotic Operation System и среды моделирования Gazebo. Приводятся результаты исследования.
