The successful introduction of the federal state educational standart requires high-qualified administrative and teaching staff. The main directions and objectives are development and implementation of unified reforms, monitoring of progress, providing of resource maintenance.

The article presents the author's bases of pedagogical support of the educational process in a liberal arts college on the basis of competence approach. В статье анализируются различные подходы к раскрытию сущности коммуникативных навыков младших дошкольников; рассмотрены уровни общения в дошкольном возрасте (фатический; информационный; личностный); приведена трактовка коммуникативных навыков младших дошкольников как интегративного (синергетического) личностного новообразования, которое характеризуется комплексом проявлений в повседневной практике общения ребенка.

В статье рассматривается важный вопрос воспитания детей посредством взаимодействия родителей и ДОУ. В работе выделены основные направления взаимодействия педагогического коллектива с семьями воспитанников.

In spite of the achievements in the field of preschool education, the quality of the educational process does not yet sufficiently meet the increased requirements of social development, this stipulates the search for relevant methods and tools to help organizations in monitoring the process of formation level among senior preschool children learning and cognitive competence. One of the most important conditions to ensure the quality of its formation is a pedagogical monitoring. The author analyzes the psychological and pedagogical literature on the issue of the development and application of pedagogical monitoring in order to assess the effectiveness of the educational system.

The article provides a model of methodological support of educational activities, which is implemented in the activities of the municipal treasury office "Information and Methodological Center for the Development of Education" (IMCDE) of Purovsky district. The authors generalize the experience of IMCDE and model the possible development of institution points from the position of the current state of education system in the Russian Federation.

In current stage of education development there is a need to integrate comprehensive subjects to give the educational process internal correlation, practical direction and motivation reinforcement to learn different subjects. It is also necessary to create new patterns of educational process organization contributing to solution of its internal integration tasks. The paper deals with algorithm of such pattern creation based on practical experience of creation and functionning of a school theatre as an integrated environment to create educational process giving good results in education efficiency increasing and continuous creative development of children.

Modern students study the material formal - on the level of information received transmission, so they find it difficult to apply the knowledge, skills and abilities in non-standard formulation of the question or learning task. To solve this problem, the technique of critical thinking has been studied. We used the following methods to dtudy this question: the study and analysis of literature, observation and analysis of the results obtained during the verification of students' knowledge. After application of this technology, students show a better result on the subject, do not have any difficulties in understanding the material and in solution of educational problems.
