Открыв свой бизнес, эмигрант сможет обеспечить тот уровень жизни своей семье, к которому привыкли, также не будут «сидеть на шее» социальных служб. In the article the history of the adversarial position of Russia and Great Britain in the Middle East in the context of the fate of Afghanistan is considered. The author demonstrates the aggressive nature of the British policy in the region. Thus Russia acts as the political player who tried to achieve the geopolitical purposes in Afghanistan in the legitimate way. But neither Russia nor England didn't take the interests of the country into consideration actually.

The monograph deals with the crucial problem of the Russian emigre education theory and history. Russian émigré pedagogical journalism is an important part of the educational legacy of Russia abroad. N.A. Hans’ publications in the émigré periodicals is a vivid example of the new reception of the theory and history of education problems, innovative approaches to the foreign experiments in the school practice contemporary school policy.

The monograph explores the process of presentation and analysis of the UK and the British Commonwealth of Nations school system in 1920–1930th in N.A. Hans’ pedagogical publications. Playing the role of the translator of the Western progressive pedagogical ideas, the scholar made a thorough research of the English-speaking countries school system. He thought the adaptation of this experience for Russian émigré school practice was a crucial condition for its modern development.

It also provides recommendations and the prospects of further studying of a subject.

The monograph considers the question of the terminological name «communicative game». The author defines its genre features, characterizes the psychological aspects of the creation of communicative games and their inclusion in the educational process of the modern school. The author reveals and substantiates the psychological and pedagogical requirements to the teacher who creates communicative games and the reasons why communicative failures happen while organizing game activity in class.

В статье представлены результаты исследования структурных изменений занятости населения Ростовской области. В основу исследования положены обобщающие показатели динамики структуры занятости, рассчитанные по официальным данным статистики. Для достижения поставленной цели авторами был проведен структурный анализ динамики занятости региона по демографическим показателям: численность постоянного населения, коэффициент рождаемости, коэффициент смертности, коэффициент естественного прироста, коэффициент миграционного прироста. Сочетание описательного анализа и полученных обобщающих количественных показателей позволило дать качественную характеристику уровня структурных сдвигов занятости населения.

В данной статье рассмотрена динамика численности населения Архангельской области. Составлен интервальный прогноз численности населения на 2017 г.

The article deals with some literary translation features to analyze adequacy of the translator’s solution. The object of this research is the epigraph of the English novel «Flowers for Agernon» by D. Keyes. Logical descriptive, analytical descriptive and comparative methods as well as methods of analysis and synthesis enabled us to systematize the corresponding theory and to analyze the translator’s solution concerning the strong position rendering, i.e. the epigraph of the novel rendering. The article results might be of great help for courses on linguistics, intercultural communication, text linguistics and theory of translation.

According to the author, the geographically adjacent countries of China and Russia have strongly complementary economic structures and have seen rapid development of economic and trade cooperation in recent years, but overall trade between them is relatively low in volume and lacks variety in structure. The Belt and Road initiative has provided new opportunities to deepen Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation. The two countries should take this opportunity to strengthen infrastructure interconnection, improve the existing economic cooperation mechanism and trade structure, and promote the construction of a Sino-Russian free trade area.

В статье представлены результаты исследования на тему «Межнациональные процессы в РФ» на примере г. Санкт-Петербурга, проведенного студентами в рамках изучения дисциплины «Исследование социально-экономических и политических процессов. Исследование выявило проблемы кросс-культурного взаимодействия, такие как социокультурная дистанция и стереотипизация, их формирование и зависимость от социально-демографических характеристик.
