«THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TRADE ON THE ECONOMIC GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES OF COUNTRIES ALONG THE BELT AND ROAD»
The purpose of the study is to analyse the impact of digital trade on economic growth and development strategies of the countries along the "Belt and Road". The article identifies the provisions of the Development Strategies of the SCO member states in the field of cross-border electronic interaction, aimed at increasing the share of GDP and improving the levels of competitiveness of national economies of the SCO countries, strengthening the social protection of citizens and reducing poverty. The analysis of the dynamics of the e-commerce market volumes of the SCO member states (cross-border trade + local segment of online sales) was carried out, and a significant increase in the growth of national economies of the SCO countries during the implementation of the "One Belt, One Road" project, achieved on the basis of strengthening cross-border electronic interaction with the People's Republic of China, was proved. Abstract: The article presents the author's view on the application of neurogymnastics methods in correctional and pedagogical work with children with disabilities. Examples of exercises aimed at enhancing the interaction of the cerebral hemispheres, as well as relaxation and stimulation of nerve impulses are given. «Social Skills of The Personality: Diagnostics and Approaches to Analysis»
The article considers social skills based on the polymodal approach as a means and result of the interaction of a person with social reality. The diagnostic method SUM-60 (Social skills of a personality – 60) and the results of its testing among young people are presented. The method includes a complex of social and socio-psychological skills focused on adaptive and positive behavior in the social world. The social skills analysis algorithm is proposed; their relationships with communicative and personal characteristics, value orientations, self-esteem and self-efficacy are shown.

«Has the Behavior of Russians Changed in the Context of a Pandemic?»
The article presents the perception and attitude of Russians to the epidemic, which has become the most socially acute problem after the collapse of the USSR. Based on the results of sociological research and analysis of scientific publications, the typical effects of COVID 19 on the social organization of people are identified, the General structure of behavior modification is determined, and the inconsistency and inconsistency of awareness and actions of Russians in a difficult situation is revealed. A comparative analysis of the impact of the epidemic on human behavior today and a hundred years ago is carried out. For this purpose, the results of research conducted in this area by P. Sorokin are used.

Summary: Customs examination - is a special type of the scientific and practical research conducted by experts-customs officers for the purpose of obtaining the qualified, authentic, objective and independent conclusion in the problematic issues of customs administration (regulatory, law-enforcement and fiscal character) demanding for the permission of use special customs of knowledge. In the present article authors considered some problematic issues concerning both a legal regulation, and the procedure of production of customs examination.

«The study of life strategies with the help of the method «Proverbs»»
The article presents the method «Proverbs» in the author's modification as a diagnostic tool for studying the life strategies of the personality. A behavioral typology of life strategies is proposed in accordance with the theoretical model of K. Thomas method. The theoretical justification and description of the methodology is given, the results of its approbation on the youth sample are briefly examined, the prospects for further research are determined.
