The author analyzes the causes and manifestations of impairments in the formation of word-formation processes, including difficulties in forming adjectives (possessive, qualitative, relative), using affixes, prefixes, and suffixes. Particular attention is paid to R.E. Levina's classification of speech development levels, as well as word-formation errors such as agrammatisms, distortions of the sound structure, and a limited repertoire of models. The influence of GSU on the lexical-grammatical structure of speech, phonetic-phonemic processes, and coherent speech is emphasized. The article highlights the need for timely correction to prevent dysgraphia and dyslexia, citing the works of T.B. Filicheva, R.I. Lalaeva, and others.
