В представленной статье предпринята попытка продемонстрировать характерные черты, создающие имидж современного государственного служащего. Анализ имиджмейкинговых технологий позволяет сделать вывод о ключевой задаче имиджа служащего в поддержании доверия и взаимодействия со стороны граждан к государственным органам власти.

Показаны преимущества дистанционного обучения перед общепринятыми стандартами аудиторных занятий. На примере Финансового университета при Правительстве РФ отмечены тенденции внедрения облачных технологий в образовательном процессе высших учебных заведений.

В статье выявлена сущность балльно-рейтинговой системы в высших учебных заведениях, которая проявляется в развитии самоорганизуемой деятельности студентов. Автором отмечены положительные и отрицательные стороны данного новшества для преподавателей и студентов. Делается вывод о том, что, несмотря на критику, балльно-рейтинговая система содержит в себе рациональное зерно и может вполне эффективно применяться в системе высшего образования.

Данная статья посвящена использованию задач повышенной сложности в формировании профессиональных компетенций по химии у школьников, так как, развивая у будущего поколения профессиональные компетенции, они формируют творческую индивидуальность, восприимчивость к возникшим инновациям, способности приспосабливаться в быстроменяющейся среде. Поэтому основой осуществления Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта (ФГОС) третьего поколения является формирование у школьников профессиональных компетенций для дальнейшего развития начального и среднего профессионального образования.

This article examines the phenomenon of socio-cultural conditionality of updating the content of school education in Russia. Socio-cultural factors of updating the content of education have been identified on the basis of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and educational research results and evidence of educational practice. The author shows the relationship between selected factors – the development of society, the state policy in the field of education, development of culture and science, development of pedagogical science and practice – and the specificity of their influence on the formation and implementation of the content of school education.

The scientific work has a theoretical character, describing the models of interaction of main participants in an educational process. The author shows the opportunity of positive results during the first year in a correct and phased implementation of mechanism of interaction.

In this article the author shares pedagogical experience of formation discursive competence of students of the faculty "Management" during the sequential action of two corresponding federal state educational standards of bachelor level, which resulted in problems of scientific research. On a theoretical level, it provides a comparative analysis of the scientific literature and regulations dealing with the formation of discursive competence of students-managers. At the empirical level, it used methods of observation and generalization of pedagogical experience. Conclusions at the end of the work can be taken into account when training and for further research.

The issue of implementation of inclusive education is very important. The author shows the results of the ascertaining experiment, conducted on the basis of MSCEI “Kindergarten of a combined type №80 of Saransk” to find optimal conditions contributing to the effective implementation of psycho-pedagogical support of preschool children with severe mental retardation.

In the beginning of the XX century European school-teaching practice needs radical changes, the traditional school of study has been heavily criticized, needed reforms. Philosophy of education of that time provided in this article by the creative work of prominent reformers – humanists had actual implementation in teaching practice in the form of school coomunity of John Dewey and Summerhill-school of Alexander Neill.

The scientific approaches to the integration of educational institutions in the social potential of the region are analyzed in the article. The functional model of cooperation of educational institutions and socially oriented non-profit organizations is proposed. This model taking into account the mission of the educational institution, algorithms and implementation of the logistics functions of institutional «players» third sector. The author rightly raises the question of the means of protection against the manipulation with consciousness to be possessed by citizens, but since the technology of manipulation of consciousness is used by all the media and politicians, the question arises: is this profitable for the government to train its own citizens to counteract the manipulation.
