This article is devoted to the analysis of the role of social capital in the context of the labor market. The paper examines the conceptual apparatus and basic approaches to understanding the essence, features and functions of social capital. The article explores the influence of social capital on the labor market. Particular attention is paid to the study of networks of social connections that form social capital in the labor market in accordance with network theory.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a concept according to which companies act in the public interest and are responsible for their impact on employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, local communities and the environment. This determines the relevance of this work.

This research aimed to investigate the peculiarities of the athletic identity of boxers of different levels of mastery. The study involved 30 average levels of mastery and 30 high levels of mastery sportsmen. The athletic identity measurement scale (AIMS-Plus) was used in the study. According to results of the study, the sportsmen of higher-level mastery have significantly higher level of athletic identity (p < 0,05) than sportsmen of average level of mastery. The sportsmen of higher-level mastery have higher level (p < 01) of social identity and positive affectivity. But the sportsmen of average level of mastery have higher level of negative affectivity and exclusivity (p < 01).

This article considers the process of socialization of modern junior schoolchildren. The main problem is the use of interactive games by primary school teachers and psychologist teachers aimed at socializing younger schoolchildren. The article offers recommendations for primary school teachers and teacher-psychologists to manage this process. As a result of following these recommendations, the process of socialization of younger students using interactive games will become more systematic and effective.

This research aimed to investigate the peculiarities of the psychosocial adaptation of managers and coaches in a sports organization. The study involved 22 mangers and 30 coaches (32 men and 20 women). Roger's and Dymond's questionnaire was used in the study. According to the results of the study, managers had significantly (p <.05) higher estimates of the adaptation, self-acceptance, internality and tendency to dominate than coaches. No significant differences were found between estimates of components as acceptance of others, emotional comfort, tendency to deception and avoiding problems.

The article considers social skills based on the polymodal approach as a means and result of the interaction of a person with social reality. The diagnostic method SUM-60 (Social skills of a personality – 60) and the results of its testing among young people are presented. The method includes a complex of social and socio-psychological skills focused on adaptive and positive behavior in the social world. The social skills analysis algorithm is proposed; their relationships with communicative and personal characteristics, value orientations, self-esteem and self-efficacy are shown.

The article discusses theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis of the reasons for the inclusion of adolescents and young people in informal subcultural associations. Methods of counteracting the influence of destructive subcultures on the representatives of the younger generation, risk factors for the formation of their deviant behavior are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the study of the specifics and typology of modern subcultures. Attention is focused on the domestic and foreign experience of preventive work, including alternative types of productive socially significant activities that contribute to the identification, socialization and inculturation of young people.
