A research project in mathematics lessons

The paper analyzes a new system for managing government programs in the Russian Federation. The topic is relevant, since government programs were previously implemented with imprecise goals, management was not fast and effective enough, and flexibility was low. The new system eliminated these problems. The final result of the article is not only an analysis of the new system, but also another proposed change that will further improve the new system, which was the goal of the study. The following research methods were used: description, analysis, synthesis.

The article considers effective methods and techniques that enable to implement the project technology at binary lessons. The project technology presupposes the presence of a problem that requires an application of integrated knowledge to its solution. The article discusses the features of landscape design in cities of northern latitudes on the example of the development of the project of the alley "Puzzle" in the city of Nizhnevartovsk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Russia). Analog projects of urban environment design are analyzed. The concept of the project, its ideological basis, which would correspond to the style and fit into the atmosphere of the city, is revealed; stylistic solutions (minimalism) and spatial composition of the alley "Puzzle" are described; techniques of landscaping are revealed.

It is proved in article, that from point of numbers and new scalar work of diagonal of arbitrary rhombus it is possible to consider identical as a result of the orthogonal transformation, when lengths of vectors are measured in the same units of measuring as on sides of the rhombus. In the second part of article some class of functions is resulted: the values of the functions restore on the known positive values of the transform of Laplace. In the third part of article the examples are resulted, when a function of points of complex plane become periodic with the arbitrary period (from point of some introduction of two systems of co-ordinates).
