To prepare students for further study in higher education is very relevant at this time. Basic training is being held at the school and that the teacher should prepare the student for further study in higher education. In this article we will look at what needs to be taken into account for the formation of readiness of students to training in high school.

The paper shows general mechanisms of youth socialization through self-government bodies of a high school. 1025 students of 6 Course Medical University were interviewed. 34.6% of students working in the SSC used patent information on developments, not engaged in SSC - 14.4%. Prestigiousness of invenory activity amounted 32.9% among SSC, among not engaged in SSC- 29.2%. 63.3% of the students involved in SSC and 52.2% are not engaged in SSC were awared of intellectual property (IP) legal security. Inexpediency of additional education on copyright and IP objects was noted by 17.5% of SSC students and 17.3% of students not involved in SSC. Practicability of an additional education on copyright and IP objects observed more than 80% of students.

The article considers the possibility of using branding technology in the learning process of high school students. This technology application increases the learning motivation, forms an integrative knowledge and develops creativity, public speaking, teamwork and mutual assesment skills.

The results of empirical studies on the formation of civic identity of student's youth in the conditions of regional educational polymental space discussed in the monograph. One of the most popular research activities in education is the project method. The specifics of the social project are related to its use as a method of training of future specialists in auxiliary professions (social workers, medical specialists). Carry out a survey using a questionnaire for assessment of the effectiveness of the students’ collaboration activities in Land a Hand project. A survey was carried out with the students participating in the project with the purpose of «Establishing the effectiveness of cooperation between students majoring in different disciplines in a multidisciplinary team using the opportunities for project work in the course of their training» and examine the effectiveness of cooperation between students and users of social services (old people from specialized institutions). The research results provide a basis to conclude that the activities carried out by the project contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and support between the partners.
