Experimental-exploratory activities in preschool education are a key element of the educational process corresponding to the Federal State Educational Standard (FGOS). The main goal is to develop children’s cognitive activity, curiosity, initiative, and independence in exploring the world around them. Primary tasks include creating conditions for developing experimentation skills, teaching children how to set goals, formulate hypotheses, and draw conclusions, as well as integrating experimental activities into the learning process. Special attention is given to collaboration with families and individualized approaches tailored to each child’s unique characteristics. Modern methods and technologies such as computer multimedia tools, quest games, and play scenarios that enhance cognitive development and build confidence are also included.

The article discusses neuro-gymnastics as an effective method for correcting severe speech disorders in preschool children. It contributes to improving the coordination of brain areas, speech attention, and memory. Practical recommendations for speech therapists and examples of exercises are provided.
