This article describes the activity of pedagogical personnel in order to create necessary conditions for making a competitive person, a student of college – a graduate. The authors emphasize attention using the example of such condition as the process of pedagogical assistance for successful adaptation of graduates to professional activity. Он позволяет сформировать четкую структуру информационных компетенций преподавателя. Однако, выстраивать содержание ИКТ-подготовки необходимо объективно оценивая состояние современных информационных технологий, используемых в образовательном процессе, и перспектив их развития.
