To carry out the selection and training of future teachers a program is needed that involves the establishment of systematic work. The concept of improving education in the Russian Federation is aimed at increasing the professional level of teachers, the formation of the teaching cluster that is necessary to improve the educational system in the Russian Federation.

The successful introduction of the federal state educational standart requires high-qualified administrative and teaching staff. The main directions and objectives are development and implementation of unified reforms, monitoring of progress, providing of resource maintenance.

The possibility of the use of ICT in the educational process is considered in the article. The article shows the necessity of the use of information and communication technologies in the implementation in the conditions of the federal state educational standards of new generation. According to the authors, the use of ICT in communication activities helps to improve the efficiency of work on the development of speech, to optimize the educational process, to individualize the education of children with speech underdevelopment, and also forms the success of children, increases motivation, significantly reduces the time for material absorption.

В статье рассматривается вариант применения системно-ресурсного подхода в психолого-педагогическом анализе содержания социализации детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. The article is devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of hematologists and image of their "ideal" patient. A study is commissioned by the Research Institute of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Transplantation named after R.M. Gorbacheva. The study involves 14 physicians, with the average age of 30.5 years. The findings are of great interest and have practical significance, in particular, they can be used while improving the quality of contact among medical staff and patients, which, in turn, is an essential condition for recovery.

The author of this article marks that to introduce a variety of chemical and biological preservatives different dosing pumps are used, drugs are pre-diluted or dissolved in water. Since working with acids is associated with a certain risk, the countries of Europe, where the majority of forage is harvested by silage, switched to the dry form of preservative. In Russia, the introduction of dry preservative is constrained due to lack of technical means to introduce them. For this reason, cheap preservatives, such as sulfur powder, application it is not widely known. To solve this problem we created a contact device for metered introduction of powdered preservative.

The article draws attention on the value of teacher's identity in the modern system of preschool education. On an example of pedagogical creativity of a preschool institution possible ways to implement new approaches for improving not only the preschool educational process, but also to create conditions for the development of the individual teacher are presented. Innovative search is defined by integration connections in the realization process of the project "Axiological acme of a teacher." A close connection forms of the institution, case studies of a teacher with the development of his value orientations are proved.
