The paper shows general mechanisms of youth socialization through self-government bodies of a high school. The characteristics of youth socialization, student self-government as an element of education-upbringing work are given. The scheme of student units interaction joining United Council of Students on the example of V. G. Shukhov BSTU.

The article presented researches the advertisment slogan from the point of view of its historical and linguistc peculiarities and also from the point of view of possibility of such advertisment unit application to increase students' motivation level while learning English. The object of the study is an adverisment slogan. The subject of the research is linguistic features of adverising slogan and their application in teaching English. Material of the research is 20 authentic advertising slogans taken from the Internet and analyzed on having different stylistic techniques applied in lessons among students of additional education centre.

In this article, the author emphasizes the importance of the use of score-rating system (BSR) to evaluate the achievements of students, due to the need to improve the efficiency of the educational process. The presented results of 1st course students survey suggest that the BRC - the development of a rating of competition, promotion of systematic work, tracking the dynamics of individual trajectory of student development in the context of technological cards estimating the achievements of students, as well as independent work teach students self-education throughout his life.

The author compares advantages and disadvantages of the classical examination method and of the testing examination method, then she proposes her original approved methodics of students' testing which allows to take into account and to implement the advantages of both methods in practice.

The present paper describes the possibilities of foresight tecnology use as a humanitarian educational technology in high schools.

Practical experience on the subject was investigated. The authors presented the examples of new technologies application in teaching activities, and also defined intensification and optimization directions of practical pedagogical support in not-linguistic high schools using innovative technologies.

1025 students of 6 Course Medical University were interviewed. 34.6% of students working in the SSC used patent information on developments, not engaged in SSC - 14.4%. Prestigiousness of invenory activity amounted 32.9% among SSC, among not engaged in SSC- 29.2%. 63.3% of the students involved in SSC and 52.2% are not engaged in SSC were awared of intellectual property (IP) legal security. Inexpediency of additional education on copyright and IP objects was noted by 17.5% of SSC students and 17.3% of students not involved in SSC. Practicability of an additional education on copyright and IP objects observed more than 80% of students.

The article considers the possibility of using branding technology in the learning process of high school students. This technology application increases the learning motivation, forms an integrative knowledge and develops creativity, public speaking, teamwork and mutual assesment skills.

The purpose of ongoing study was to determine the level of residual knowledge in subjects, on which will be based the study of a new discipline - Pathophysiology. The results of empirical studies on the formation of civic identity of student's youth in the conditions of regional educational polymental space discussed in the monograph. The study, which was attended by 300 university students of the Chuvash Republic, was aimed at studying the civil and ethnic identity, civil identity characteristics (strength and valence), factors of consolidation, responsibility for what is happening on the different social distances, significance human rights and freedoms in the representation of student youth.
