«GTST-TIPS tecnology in solution of cognitive interests of elder preschool children»

The current article is devoted to the development of cognitive interests among older preschoolers by TIPS- technology means. The characteristic of the new pedagogical direction GTST-TIPS (general theory of strong thinking - theory of inventive problem solving) is given and the authors state that general theory of strong thinking is based on the classical theory of inventive tasks, it complements it. They also presented a phased introduction of technology into the practice of pre-school institution, as well as description of games, exercises, creative tasks, developed by the authors in the framework of GTST-TIPS technology are described. The results of the pedagogical experiment are shown and they clearly indicate the positive impact of GTST-TIPS technology in the development of cognitive interests of older preschoolers.

«Management of pre-school educational institution on the basis of its development strategy»

Qualitative upgrade of Russian society and the changes in the world educational space defined an objective need for harmonization of the national education system. The ongoing processes equally apply to all levels of education – from preschool to higher education. Unification of the preschool educational organizations habitual until recently was replaced by their variety, variability of educational programs, introduction of new technologies. The concept «educational institution» is changed to the new concept «educational organization». The approaches considered in article open the separate sides of the problem of management of the preschool educational organization in the conditions of transition to new conditions of independent managing. Authors pays attention to a contradiction between the developed traditional control system and need of changes of the relations providing the new nature of management in a format of cooperation, partnership, autonomous responsibility for the made decisions. Analysis of literary sources (T.P. Kolodyazhnaya, V.S. Lazarev, M.M. Potashnik, L.L. Meyer, L.S. Markov, P.I. Tretyakov, K.Y. White, T.I. Shamova, I.P. Kapustin and others.) has allowed authors to identify the specifics of the management activity of preschool educational organizations, the implementation of the operation strategies, development of education in preschool educational institution. Authors draws attention on research positions in the definition of «development program for preschool educational institution», as well as considers the management cycle of preschool organizations, describing the sequence of its stages. This article compares the position of both domestic and foreign researchers. In conclusion, it is defined that preschool management of the organization is a process that represents a set of continuous interrelated management functions and activities (actions and operations).

The problems of this study zatragivaet questions fitness of highly qualified specialists in the field of design. Relevance connected with development of Russia's economy, production of competitive products, the introduction of advanced technologies for solving problems of innovative development in all industries. One of the ways of solving the tasks of effective use of achievements of domestic and world design is a leading security industries and socioculture by competent professionals. This requires further reform of the higher school. During the pilot study highlighted the factors of professional self-determination of the student's personality, influencing the formation of professional competencies. It is the awareness of the public benefit activities of a designer as a value the creation of original collections, is filled with universal moral and spiritual values, as well as multidisciplinary exhibition activities. The factor of awareness of the real situation in the socio-economic cluster; orientation for prospective professional goals; conscious attitude to work. As a result of experimental-pedagogical research, which included prognostic, organizational, summative, formative and summative stages, tested in practice, the model of pedagogical system of formation of professional competence of designers, developed ways and means of its implementation using the semiotic system design-education formation professional competences of the designers.
